A+ CTT Workspace Booking

1. Agreement and Acceptance

Acceptance: By booking, accessing, or using the facilities provided by A+ Computer Training Technology Limited (hereafter referred to as "A+ Tech" or "The Provider"), the individual or entity (hereafter referred to as "The Renter") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Capacity to Contract: The Renter warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Facilities, Intended Use, and Amenities

The Provider offers the rental of the following Facilities:

MSME Hub/Co-working Space: Shared workspace, access to broadband connectivity, power, and common amenities. This space is intended for quiet, collaborative work, innovation, and business development.
Executive (Private) Office: Exclusive use of a designated, lockable private office space.
Conference Room/Meeting Room: Rental for professional meetings, workshops, seminars, and corporate training sessions.

Note: As an ICT-focused hub, The Renter shall have reasonable access to listed amenities (e.g., high-speed internet, power) unless otherwise specified in the booking.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are secured upon receipt of the required deposit/full payment and confirmation issued by A+ Tech.
Pricing and Payment:
- Fees: Rental fees are based on A+ Tech's official rate schedule and are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
- Deposit: A non-refundable 30% deposit may be required to secure booking.
- Full Payment: Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the rental period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received 72 hours prior to the start time will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the start time will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental fee.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and The Provider's discretion.

4. Renter Obligations and Professional Conduct

Code of Conduct: The Renter and their guests/invitees must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor and not engage in any activity that harasses, disrupts, or interferes with the quiet enjoyment and operation of A+ Tech or other occupants.
Prohibited Activities: The Facilities shall not be used for:
- Any activity that is illegal, dangerous, or causes a fire/safety hazard.
- Activities involving heavy machinery, manufacturing, or storage of volatile materials.
- Permanent Business Address: Unless expressly agreed in a separate, dedicated agreement, The Renter shall not use the address (No. 2 D B Zang Road, Hill Station Junction, Jos) for permanent company registration, statutory declarations, or mail forwarding.
Equipment and Damages:
- The Renter is responsible for the proper use of all A+ Tech equipment (e.g., projectors, computers, furniture).
- The Renter shall notify A+ Tech immediately of any damage to the property. The Renter will be fully liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused by them or their invitees.
Vacating the Space: The Renter must ensure they and their invitees vacate the Facility promptly at the end of the booked period, leaving the space tidy and free of personal waste and belongings. Overtime charges may apply for delayed departure.

5. Liability, Indemnification, and Security

Security: The Renter is solely responsible for the security and safeguarding of their own equipment, personal belongings, and proprietary information while on the premises.
Disclaimer: A+ Tech is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to The Renter's property, nor for any injury or death that may occur on the premises, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct by A+ Tech.
Indemnity: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A+ Tech from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of The Renter's use of the Facilities or breach of these T&Cs.
Technology & Internet: While A+ Tech provides high-speed internet, The Provider makes no guarantees regarding its continuous availability or specific speed, and is not liable for business interruptions caused by power outages or internet failure.
